A three-day Festival took place in July 2015 at the Bimhuis in Amsterdam.

The Bimhuis is recognized as one of the most important jazz and improvisational music venues in the world. In July 2015 “Morgenland at Bimhuis” presented three productions at the Festival: The Quartet Hawniyaz with Aynur, Kayhan Kalhor, Cemil Qocgiri and Salman Gamabrov, the Piano Duo Florian Weber und Salman Gambarov, and the Morgenland All Star Band. The Morgenland All Star Band also guested in the spring of 2015 at the Adnan Saygun Arts Center in Izmir and in the late summer of that year they toured China with Perhat Khaliq, performing in 17 cities over the course of 47 days.

In cooperation with the German Foreign Ministry and the “Nights of Ramadan” the Ensemble Hewar with Kinan Azmeh, Dima Orsho and Jasser Haj Youssef played at the Pergamon Museum, Berlin in July 2015. The trio combines traditional Arabian music with jazz, scat and classical music, crossing traditional genre borders and unifying elements of various musical cultures into their own unique and unmistakeable sound. In 2011 Hewar played the opening concert of the Morgenland Festival Osnabrück.
