The intensive collaboration between the Festival and the Osnabrück Youth Choir continued in 2010 with performances with the Syrian Bigband at the Opera House in Damascus, in Amman and in St. Peter Cathedral, Osnabrück. Nils Lindberg’s Requiem for Choir, Bigband and Vocal soloists delighted the audiences in all three cities. The conductor was Johannes Rahe, with rehearsals of the Syrian Bigband being led by Frank Carlberg.
