Poster Exhibition

To mark our 20th anniversary, we invited young creatives from the MENA region, the Caucasus and Central Asia to design this year's poster as part of a competition. We received submissions from eight countries. The winner of the competition is the young graphic designer Reyhan Cengiz. Cengiz was born in Istanbul in 1996. Her roots are in Mardin, a city in south-east Turkey known for its ethnic diversity. Growing up in an intercultural environment, She has gathered many wide-ranging influences, which serve as nourishing elements for her work. Music, especially the immense diversity of folk music, has always played a major role in her life. Cengiz studied industrial design and has a master's degree in user experience design. In her work as an interdisciplinary designer, she combines analytical thinking with creative storytelling.

We will be showing eleven submissions from the poster competition as part of an exhibition from 2-17 August in the foyer of the Lagerhalle.
